It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthaia Ann Spivey-Barksdale (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on May 14, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas W. Spivey Sr. and Sylvia Marie Spivey (Carter); and her brother Tommy Lou Harden. She is survived by: her children, Samara L. Spivey of Youngstown, John Shade (Melissa) of Youngstown and Quintin Spivey of Columbus, OH; and her sibling Thomas W. Spivey Jr.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
