She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Bellitto and Concetta Buccoli Bellitto; and her son-in-law Richard Kady. She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Lombardo (Donald) of New Middletown and Natalie Kady of New Middletown; her grandchildren, Olivia Lydon (Brian), Lisa Lombardo, Joshua Kady (Eszter), Nicholas Lombardo, Keira, Nathan, Ryan, Sarah, Jillian, Samuel and Tessza; and her sisters, Rose Dolecki of Youngstown and JoAnn Bellitto of Poland.
