He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Yancey and Lorine Shelton Yancey. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon C. Yancey of Farrell, PA, Shaunda C. Yancey of Youngstown, Toney E. Yancey of Youngstown and Tara M. Yancey of Youngstown; his siblings, Raymond E. Yancey of Youngstown, Roy Yancey (Marie) of Warren, Andrew C. Yancey of Fredericksburg, VA, Joi L. Yancey of Youngstown and Cynthia L. Fuller (Dawan) of Delaware; his partner Beverly L. Hosey of Youngstown; and his daughters, Danielle P. Hosey of Youngstown and Elisa N. Hosey of Youngstown. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
