He was predeceased by: his father Edward Olbrych; and his godparents, George Olbrych and Susie Surack. He is survived by: his mother Josephine Andreyko Olbrych of Canfield; his sister Lorraine Lesick of Austintown; his close friend Beverly Jones of New Castle; his nephew James Bayer (Candra); and his niece Jessica Crissman (Josh). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
