She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Vernon Howell (Michele) of Stafford, VA, Beverly McMillan (Lennard) of Albuquerque, Rhonda Howell of Cleveland, OH, Willetta O'Conner (Barry) of Long Beach, CA and Mark Howell of Youngstown; her siblings, Juanita Thorpe (George) of Atlanta, GA, Patty Jenkins of Atlanta, GA, Barbra Simmons of Jacksonville, FL, Michael Scott of Jacksonville, FL and Tony Scott Lithonia (Tammy); her grandchildren, Brandin Howell, Jeffrey Howell, Quentin Howell, James Howell, Maya Howell, Dominique Howell, Sierra Howell and Carla Howell; her great grandchildren, Sincere Howell, Jada Howell, Javion Howell, Nadia Howell, Aria Howell and Mikel Holland; her great great grandchild Jeremiah Joseph Lewis; her husband Carlwyn Howell; her children, Linda Howell and Maurice Howell; and her brothers, Warren Scott Jr. of Richmond, VA and Carl Scott.
