She is survived by: her parents, Stanislaus Yager and Helen Yager (Voss); her husband Leo J. Urbanek; her sons, Lee Urbanek (Julie) of Tennessee, Michael J. Urbanek and Gregory J. Urbanek; her grandchildren, Leanne Urbanek and Gregory J. Urbanek Jr.; her great grandchildren, Carlita G. Urbanek and Alonaha Urbanek; and her siblings, Mary Yager, Steve Yager and Andy Yager.
