She was predeceased by: her parents, George Vecchione and Celeste Leone Vecchione. She is survived by: her son Dominic; her husband John Sr.; her siblings, Thomasine Marsco, Angeline Palombaro, Jean Cohen, Carmen and Henry Vecchione; her children, John A. Monroe (Jill), Anthony J. and Janet Bieterman (Charles); her daughter-in-law Linda Monroe; her sister Mary Rondinelli; her sister-in-law Donna Vecchione; her grandchildren, Lynn Capezio (Ryan), John E. Monroe (Shannon), Caren Stajninger (David), Sarah Bezzarro (Matt), Jack Bieterman, Lauren Hull (Brian), Katie Monroe and Alyse Monroe (Michael Rosa); her great grandchildren, Dominic, Hailey Monroe, Ella Monroe, Cate, Callie Stajninger, Isabella, Adelina, Lucas Hull, Sophia, Athena Rosa and Sebastian Bezzarro; her stepgrandchildren, Sara, Leila and Amira Kamal; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Peyton, Elena and Olivia Bezzarro. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Basilica (242 Via Mt Carmel Ave, Youngstown, OH 44505). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
