She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Barr and Shirley Barr (Epstein); and her grandmother Eva Epstein. She is survived by: her brother Michael Barr (Nancy); her nephews, Adam Barr (Ashley) of Irwin, PA, Benjamin Barr (Jill) of Chicago, ILL, Jonathan and Alayana (Amanda Bartko); her aunt Alice Goldblatt of Milwaukee, WI; her friend Jennifer Kowalski Painter of Meadville, PA.; and her caregivers, Levy Gardens, Ken Bielecki, Lynne Azar, Eric Murray, Shane Baldwin and Nick Hargate.
