He is survived by: his former wife Geraldine Brown; his children, Christopher Brooks, Allan Brooks, Sean Brooks, Gabrell Brooks, David Brooks, Lisa Brooks Bridges, Angel Brooks, Tiffany Brooks Sais, Sherry Brooks Coleman and Tranry Brooks Brown; and his siblings, Melvin Brooks, Lorenzo T. Brooks, Geraldine Baker, Pearlene Quarrels and Juanita Wilson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
