She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Foose and Mary Foose (Young); and her brothers, Ray and Richard Foose. She is survived by: her husband Robert N. Cochran; her children, Jeanne Arthur (Brian) and Bob Cochran; her sister Jeanne Sanders (John); and her grandchildren, Darien, Brianna, Gwendolyn and Cali.

Alice was very active in the American Cancer Society, attending weekly meetings and volunteering in every fundraiser, often to hand out water to runners or simply to offer a comforting word.
