She was predeceased by: her parents, Antoinette Rose Maino and Silvio D. Alfonso (Sam); her husband Dr. Salvatore "Sal" Cosentino; and her siblings, Silvio "Sonny" Alfonso, Earl Alfonso and Dolli Macejko.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Edward Cosentino (Mary Ann) of Poland, Dr. Frank Cosentino (Cindy) of New Albany, Dr. Annette Cosentino-Bressi (James) of Hudson and Nancy Cosentino (Rob Citragno) of Berkeley, California.; her grandchildren, Christopher Cosentino of Poland, Sarah Cosentino (Jesse Pimpinella) of Dublin, Kim Masturzo (Tim) of New Albany, Erin Sloan (Mike) of New Albany, Allison Marie Bressi of Stow, Dr. Jared Bressi (Caroline) of Stow, Brian Citragno and Nicole Citragno of Berkeley, California.; her great grandchildren, Abby, Austin Masturzo, Ryan, Rory Sloan of New Albany, Avelina and Carlo Bressi of Stow, Ohio.; and her sister Janice Mundo. She is also survived by her family, friends, dogs.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society or Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley.
