He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Matricardi and Angelina Matricardi (Rotz); his grandson Shawn Joseph Matricardi; and his siblings, Mike Petrock, Patrick "Patsy" Petrock, John, Lawrence, Samuel, Donald Matricardi and Virginia Scavnicky.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Matricardi of Boardman, Angelia Fox of Boardman, Lisa Kotel (Sonny Dillman) of Florence, KY, Maria Hryb (Ron) of Poland, Alfred Matricardi (Jeni) of Dayton and Fredric Matricardi (Amanda); and his brother James Matricardi. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:50 PM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home (11 Spring St, Struthers, OH 44471). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
