He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kulics and Delores "Dee" Dukovich Kulics; his brother Richard Kulics; and his brother-in-law Peter "Peppy" Kosanovich. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kosanovich; his daughter Jennifer Kulics (Leigh) of Kent; his granddaughters, Danica and Lilah Kulics; and his sister Denise Evanovich of Warren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
