He is survived by: his wife Leslie Pappas; his children, Neil Conzett (Alyssa) of Granville, Valerie Butch (Michael) of Poland and Ian Conzett (Megan) of Poland; his grandchildren, Olivia, Blake, Owen, Ian and Luke; his siblings, Sharie Erhardt (Eddy) of Poland, Brian Conzett of Youngstown, Kenny Conzett (Lisa) of Poland, Larry Conzett (Marci) of Struthers and Jeff Conzett (Nikki) of Georgia; and his sister-in-law Kim Conzett. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
