With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Agnes M. Phillips (Youngstown, Ohio), who passed away on March 23, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stefan Hudak and Katarina "Katie" Stupar Hudak; her husband Lawrence J. Phillips; her children, L. J. Phillips of Longwood, Mark S. Phillips (Dianne) of Poland, Jeff M. Phillips (Mary Beth) of Youngstown and Kathy M. Schmidt (Kevin) of Austintown; her brother William Hudak (Kay); her grandchildren, Kira, Felicia, Marci, Elizabeth, Tom, Andrew, Katie, Krista, Sean, Jamie, Dylan and Matt; her sister Mary Jane Macala; and her daughter-in-law Sally J. Phillips.
