He is survived by: his parent Linda J.; his stepfather Donald C. Plant of Boardman; his father Eugene N. Simon of Boardman; his sister Amy; his brother-in-law Richard Anzevino; his nieces, Maddie and Maya; his grandparents, Aurelia Simon, Wilbert Baumgardner (Revera) and Nicholas Simon; and also, Aunt Charlene Leipply of Frostproof, FL, Aunt Connie Baumgardner of Athens, TN, Aunt Ruth and Uncle Erbin Baumgardner of Riceville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that material tributes take the form of contributions to American Cancer Society, 525 N. Broad Street, Canfield Ohio 44406 in memory of Adam.
