She was predeceased by: her father Bruce Shively; and her fiancé Jake Stewart. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Malechowski (Joe), Steven Oleksiak (Sarah) and Daniel Oleksiak (Cassie); her grandchildren, Morgan, Gabe Oleksiak, Anna and Sophie Malechowski; and her siblings, Carolyn Pierpoint (Ken), Jane Dombroski (Donnie), Kevin Shively (Goldie) and Keith Shively. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the Rosenbaum Family House, P.O. Box 8228, Morgantown, WV, 26506, in Vicki's name.
