He is survived by: his wife Kim Dawn Rutan (Smith); his children, Amber Patterson (David) of Martins Ferry, Raymond Boyd Rutan IV (Kayla Domyan) of West Alexander, Haley Rutan of Martins Ferry, Margaret Thompson of Dillonvale and Timothy Cross; his stepchildren, Charles Krieger of Martins Ferry, Brittany Krieger of Martins Ferry and Wade Sperringer (Ann Marie) of Wheeling; his siblings, Tina Rutan (Chris Berka) of Bellaire, Wendy Wyatt of Martins Ferry and Kenny Rutan of Martins Ferry; his close friend Ziggy; and his friend Skeeter. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
