He was predeceased by: his father Adam "Babe" Kornetti; and his mother-in-law Pat Milhorn. He is survived by: his mother Josephine Kornetti (Dolezal); his wife Heather Kornetti (Milhorn); his son Gage Kornetti; his siblings, Mark Kornetti (Carrie), Darren Kornetti (Patty) and Lisa Kornetti Crook; and his father-in-law Bob Milhorn (Lori Nieb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his beloved animals.
