He is survived by: his spouse Erendira Lopez Garcia; his daughter Dinah; his son-in-law Mark Tolley; his son Victor; his daughter-in-law Heather Garcia; his son Emilio Rodrigo Garcia; his grandchildren, Alexander, Alan Tolley, Anna-Marie Parthun, Kelsey Lorraine Parthun and Shelby Elisabeth Parthun; his great grandchild Layla Rose Sleeman; his siblings, Dinah Garcia Cardenas and Rafael; his sister-in-law Rebecca Garcia; his mother-in-law Elvia Lopez Flores; and his siblings-in-law, Gregorio, Jair Lopez and Martha Jimenez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
