He is survived by: his husband Joe Dodson (Boettcher); his mother Marianne Michel; his sister Katie Bell (Greg); his nephew Nicholas Bell; his mother-in-law Judy Ford; his siblings-in-law, Ember Kozlowski (Steven) and Rickey Ford (Casey Darding); and his pet Remy. He is also survived by extended family, including numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jackson Lytle and Lewis Funeral Home (322 Xenia Ave, Yellow Springs, OH 45387). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to help the flood victims in Asheville, North Carolina or to the donor's favorite charity in Chris' name.
