It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Lewis Johnson (Yellow Springs, Ohio), who passed away on August 30, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Johnson and Mary Johnson (VanSwearengen); and his siblings, Albert "Bud" Johnson and Melda Silberman. He is survived by: his wife Susan Johnson (Schradin); and his sons, Dr. John William Johnson (Deborah) and James. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Miami Township Fire and Rescue Association to support the EMT ambulance team for their wonderful emergency care of Carl over the past few years.
