He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence L. Watkins and Goldie Brown Watkins; his former wife Sharon Watkins (Coffman); his wife Nancy Watkins; his daughter Mary Elizabeth; and his siblings, Helen Vastine and Nelson Watkins.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy (Norm), Kenna, Therese (Renee), Thomas and Joseph; his grandchildren, Joseph (Christina), Florentina, Crystal, Sharon Jason (Amber), Sean and Kenneth (April); and his great grandchildren, Joey, Maurice, Sharon, Jayden, Jeweliana, Damien, Ty'relle, Mariah, Tristan, Joshua, Arron, Blake and Jacob. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
