He was predeceased by: his parents, Brax Combs and Maude Combs (Cornett); and his siblings, Watson Garrett Combs, Eddis Lee Smith and Lovel Reynolds.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Combs; his children, Randall Combs (Christy) and Pamela Tyler; his grandchildren, Jessica Morris-Napier, Makayla and Jacob Combs; and his great grandchild Haleigh Weaver.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to Hospice of Dayton /Ohio's Hospice, envelopes will be provided.
