He was predeceased by: his father Mike Smith; his grandparents, Jess and Elsie Shaw; his aunts, Phyllis Freeman, Janet Smithhisler, Shirley Schroeder and Teresa Duncan; and his uncle Charles Shaw.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Smith (Shaw); his brother Brian Smith (Shayla); his daughter Karli Shaw; his niece Kaylie Smith; and his uncles, Don Shaw and Bob Shaw (Blanche).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to assist with final expenses. If desired donations may be directed to his uncle Donald Shaw.
