She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy C. Smith and Ruth Grant Smith; her husband Harold E. Fowler; her son Michael Fowler; her grandson Kris Fowler; and her brother Robert R. Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Cly and Mark Fowler (Sonya); and her grandchildren, Rachel Smallwood (Jerrad), Heather Fowler, Geoffrey Cly, Jr. and Brooklyn Cly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
