He was predeceased by: his parents, Logan Francis and Katie Francis (Combs); his wife Rhoda Mae Francis (Noble); his grandsons, LCpl Brandon Dean Mitchell, Greg Francis and Ethan Vinson Koski; his siblings, Kerney, Omer Francis, Pearl Gwin, Beulah Brown, Edna Noble, Hazel Neace, Opal Brush and Ersa Lea Raplye; and his half-sisters, Ernie Mae Francis, Emily Francis and Martha Watts.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Thornton (Tom), Louese Peck, Darlene Francis, Loretta Mitchell, Annette Lyons and Carl Francis; and his siblings, Launia Brown, Geneva Edward and Logan Francis. He is also survived by 14 grandkids and 18 great grandkids and a great great grandson.
