She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Floyd and Goldie Mae Cox (Cantrell); her husband Michael Stackhouse; and her brothers, Bobby E. Cox, Carl E. Cox, Clyde T. "Tommy" Cox and Larry Cox.
She is survived by: her siblings, Myrtle Cox Sorge (Pasqual), Shirley Taylor of Kettering, Martha M. Bittner (Richard) of Xenia and Gary Cox of Xenia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
