She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Storer and Doris Storer (Wehner); and her stepchildren, Michael Jack II and Beth Ann Jack. She is survived by: her husband Michael W. "Mike" Jack; her stepchildren, Debbie Jo Jack and Billy Jack; her siblings, Brenda Storer, John Storer, Bernie Miller (Kenny) and CeCe Storer; and her niece Celista Morris. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
