He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Richard and Edith Elizabeth Randall (Muterspaw); his siblings, Phyllis Gambrel, Ronald E. Randall and Philip K. Randall; and his brother-in-law Douglas Parrett.
He is survived by: his wife Susan K. Randall (Parrett); his children, Natasha Randall (Craig Roberts), Marissa Greenleaf (Jeremy) and Clinton Randall; his granddaughters, Chloe Randall, Isabella Roberts and Manuela Greenleaf; his siblings, Richard Randall (Carol), Ricky Randall, Bonnie Hall (Roger) and Marsha Wiesemann (Terry); and his mothers-in-law, Cheri Penwell (Doug) and Virginia Parrett. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Tim loved all children and in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Shriners Hospitals for Children 3229 Burnet Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45229, which is in the process of relocating to the Dayton area.
