He is survived by: his mother Carol Moore (Tomlinson); his daughters, Heather, Tiffany, Sarah, Jessica and Katie; and his siblings, Lucretia Miller (John) and Jim Moore (Teresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relative and friends.
