He was predeceased by: his father Thomas P. Buzzelli, Sr.; his wife Carrie Buzzelli (Cornell); and his brother John Robert Buzzelli. He is survived by: his mother Betty Buzzelli (Platter) of Warren, Ohio; his children, Sarah Elizabeth Buzzelli, Shawna Nicole Buzzelli and Thomas Patrick Buzzelli III; and his siblings, Anna Marie Rezabek (Paul), Christopher Alan (Dorian) and Glen Buzzelli (Amy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
