She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Long and Mabel Fawcett Long; her brother Roger Long; and her cousin Elwood Fawcett. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Eakins; her daughters, Cindy Morris (Darin), Amy Hiles and Cassie Van Bibber (Quentin); her grandchildren, Emily Wiseman (Dave), Ashley Zaragoza (Gerzahin), Tori King (Jeremy), Caleb Morris (Victoria), Heather Agnew-Lemoine (Robert), Harley Morris, Hailey Van Bibber and Raegan Van Bibber; and her brother Gerald Long (Patricia). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
