She is survived by: her husband Thomas Boots; her son Jeffrey Rea; her stepdaughter Carolyn Smith (Robert); her granddaughter Tabitha Rea; her stepgrandchildren, Rachel Dunham (Justin) and Nicholas Smith; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Koda Dunham, Ezra Dunham and Aria Dunham.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to SICSA.org (http://sicsa.org) where she used to volunteer.
