She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Walker and Flora Cook Walker; her husband Richard D. Betts; and her siblings, Sarah Geraldine Walker Booker, Richard Walker and Raymond Walker, Jr..
She is survived by: her niece Karen Walker Ballard of Raleigh, NC; and her nephew Joseph Booker of Mt. Vernon, OH. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
