He was predeceased by: his daughter Sondra Lynn Ratcliff; and his sister Sandra Lynn Ratcliff. He is survived by: his parents, Lionel Ratcliff and Julienne Ratcliff (Webster); his wife Marilyn Ratcliff (Perdue); his son Mathew Thomas Earp (Tiffany Sharp) of Lithia, FL; his stepdaughters, Georgia VanHoose (George Stevens) and Olivia VanHoose of Xenia; his sisters, Julie Coxsey (Shawn) of Wittmann, AZ and Elisabeth Vargas (Rodimir) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his grandsons, Lawson Earp, Jase and Jaxon Stevens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hospice of Dayton in his memory.
