He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fronia Taulbee, Margaret Ward and Marie Rogers; his uncle William Taulbee; and his stepmother Valarie Viramontez.
He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Lee Smith of Xenia and Allie Marlene Taulbee; his siblings, Aften Carter, Carolyn Taulbee and Jakob Viramontez-Smith of Xenia; his son Oliver Parker Kai Smith; his nephews, Landon Carter, Jaydon Lane and Brayton Lane; and his close friends, Kyle Webb, Tim Williams, Marcus Groeschen and Jordan Hunter. He is also survived by numerous other friends, aunts, uncles and cousins.
