He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Line and Beulah Line (Applegate). He is survived by: his wife Rachel Irene Line (Flannery); his children, Jennifer "Jenni" Carter (Lloyd), Jaclyn "Jackie" Line (Nathan) and Joseph "Joey" Line (Amanda); his granddaughter Samantha Johnson (Ronnie); his stepdaughters, Katrinka Anne Miller, Adora Lea Miller and Jaela Renee Miller; and his close friends, Tony and Christina McPherson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
