He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn W. DeVoe and Mildred Connell DeVoe; his wife Dixie Lee DeVoe (Noble); and his siblings, Shirley Glennen, Glenn W. DeVoe, Jr. and Thomas DeVoe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Jo Campbell (David), Cedarville Wissel and Karen Wissel (James Reed); his grandchildren, Blake Olen "Opie" Campbell (Hannah Williamson), Kayla Lee Sweeney (Jon), Jenna Nicole Wissel and Carson Joseph Wissel of Beavercreek; his sister Norma Tidd; his sisters-in-law, Jerri DeVoe, Betty DeVoe of Xenia and Carol Jean Noble; his close friend Robbie McClain; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, by many close friends.
