He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray and Mary Cummings Swigart; his wife Myrtle L. "Mickey" Swigart (Ringer); and his brother Ernest O. Swigart. He is survived by: his children, Robin Kofler (Todd) and Thomas Swigart (Dawn); his granddaughter Kiri (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Rori and Dalton (Dottie Shaw); his sister Carrie L. Beck (late Bill); and his sister-in-law Phyllis Harner (Glenn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in his memory.
