He was predeceased by: his parents, B. Paul Middleton and Jane Middleton (Mussetter). He is survived by: his wife Sandra S. Middleton (Craigie); his children, Amy Spar (Donald), Tracy O'Connor (Chuck Sigmund), Leslie Snyder (Kerry) and Jeremy Middleton (Deanna); and his sisters, Janice Doren, Anita Richey (Boyd) and Linda Jo Pettiford. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
