He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andy and Anna Cerny Andy; his sister Mary Jane Patterson; his stepgranddaughters, Shelby Babb and Harlei Henson; and his brother-in-law Roger Dodds.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Andy (Ellis); his stepchildren, Tamela Babb, Robert Babb (Diane) of Xenia and Donald Babb (Tara) of Xenia; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Dodds and Jerry Ellis (Marlene) of Minden, NV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
