He was predeceased by: his father Richard A. Olsen; his sister Andrea Olsen; and his pet Benji. He is survived by: his mother Kay Johnstone Zadoorian; his aunt Jean Savage; his cousins, Linda D'Aquila and Holly Crouse; his friend Edward Smyth; and also, Gloria Davidson, Doug Burhans and Marcus Burhans. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
