He is survived by: his wife Janice E. (McDowell); his daughters, Christine A. Wolf (Todd) of Franklin and Donna S. Mize (Doug) of Miamisburg; his stepson Jeremy E. Jacks of Xenia; his grandsons, Dylan "Mac" Orsborne (Marena), Dr. Eric Mize and Chad Mize; and his great grandchildren, Enzo Orsborne and Luna Ramos. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
