He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Edgar and Florence Angel Sibley; his daughter-in-law William E. Sibley (Sue); and his siblings, Ruth Milligan, Lucille Madsen, Myra Grooms, Mary Hoebert, Joe Sibley and Charles L. Sibley.
He is survived by: his wife Mabel Ruth Sibley (Conkel); his daughter Beverly Sue Sibley; and his siblings, Carol Johnson, Jean Terrell, Lawrence Sibley and Stephen Sibley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
