He is survived by: his parents, Scott Hess and Cassandra Caulkins Hess of Xenia; his stepmother Tammy Hess of Winchester, KY; his grandmother Alberta Stroud of Greenfield; his brothers, Jeremy Hess (Courtney) of West Portsmouth, Josh Johnson and Jason Johnson; his aunts and uncles, Theresa Carpenter of Florida, Tammy Camden (Bill) of New Carlisle, OH, Frank Caulkins of Waverly, Paul Hess (Heather) of Greenfield and Robert Caulkins of Wisconsin; and his close friend Jacob Wertz of Xenia. He is also survived by many other friends, co-workers, cousins, and neighbors.
