She is survived by: her children, Bill Meade (LeAnn) of Salyersville, Michael Meade (Marilyn) of Xenia, Bobby Meade (Glenda) of Paintsville, Kentucky and Jackie Meade Hamilton (Kelly) of Staffordsville, Kentucky; her brother Lloyd Clotas (Betty) of Frankfort, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Bryan Pelphrey, Braden Meade, Micalea Gonzalez, Meghan Ousley and Ross Matthews; and her great grandchildren, Holly Meade, Will Riley Meade, Skyla Meade, Christian Gonzalez and Greyson Gonzalez.
