She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Smoot and Jessie Smoot (Smith); her husband Kenneth "Jake" Willis, Jr.; and her siblings, Brenda Cox, Janet Anderson and Eugene Smoot, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Willis of Xenia and Shannon Arrington (Shawn) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Alijia Whitner, JayVon Talley, James Whitner, Jr., Anesha Johnson, Tiarra Black, Kalesha Whitner and DeAngelo Samuels; her siblings, Rev. Donzella and James Smoot of Xenia; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanne Moody of Dayton, Lorraine Nelson (Sue) of Xenia, Vicki Willis of Xenia, Judy Willis of Columbus and Ethelbert "Buddy" Cox, Jr. of Dayton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
