She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Waits and Avanell Waits; her sister Carolyn Waits; and her nephew Kenny Waits. She is survived by: her siblings, Phyllis Adams (Rob) of Xenia and Dale (Mandy) of Cape Coral; her nieces and nephews, Ryan Hoover, Andrea Malavich, Lauren Mikesell, Amanda Devitt and Tyler Waits; and her aunts, Yvonne Metcalf, Juanita Cruea and Jeanne Owens (Toward Independence Family). She is also survived by 6 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in honor of Pam to Toward Independence, 81 E. Main Street, Xenia, Ohio.
