He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenna Armenta (Woods) and George Carl Linkhart; and his siblings, Georgiana Dudley, Ronnie Linkhart and Kenneth Linkhart.

He is survived by: his fiancé Robin Allison; his children, Mick Linkhart (Anneka) of Waynesville, April Allison of Xenia, Jason Linkhart (Danielle) of Xenia, Mark Linkhart (Miranda) of Centerville and David Linkhart (Amber) of Osgood, IN; and his stepchildren, Christy Martin (Jerry) of Jamestown and Shaun Allison (Katie) of Xenia. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 1great grandson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, a host of other relatives and friends.
